Quality Check Preparation
Ensure the garment is folded carefully and placed in its original packaging with all security tags, invoices, and accessories included to pass our quality inspection.
Reverse Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your delivery address within 48 to 72 hours through our trusted courier partners.
Refund Processing
After the returned item undergoes a successful quality check at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit within 7-10 business days.
